Try the newest sushi place in Charleston - Koi. They have a contest running right now to see who can get through 10 levels of Spicy Tuna hand rolls. Finish all ten and you win a gift certificate. You can only do a couple at a time, so you'll have to make a return trip or two.
Everything we tried so far was quite tasty - and as with most sushi joints there are some unique items on the menu that you won't find at the other places around town. If you're into sushi, it's definitely worth a try.
